| How do you clean natural leather? |
| We recommend using a solution of 1/2 lemon and 1/2 water. Combine these in a clean bowl and use a lint free rag to dip into the mixture then wipe on the bag. Because the item was cured with vegetable oil it will clean up nicely with this solution. Some things seem to be permanent, though, such as ink pen. NOTE: Do not try this on our Dyed Brown Leather or the Hair on Calf sections of your leather. |

| How do you clean the dyed brown leather? |
| Dyed brown leather can be cleaned with regular leather cleaner that you can purchase from any leather clothing store. |

| How do I know what size belt to order? |
| Just order a belt one size larger than your pant's size. In other words, if you wear a size 36 pant, order a size 38 belt. |

| What kind of warranty do you offer on your products? |
| Merchandise is warranted against defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. Hair on calf items require a reasonable amount of caution and care, therefore, we do not guarantee hair on calf items against "rub-off". |

| Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on unused merchandise. After 30 days a restocking fee may apply. Please call or email us for a return authorization number. |
